LKG: 4 - 5 Years

Time: 09.30 am to 12.30pm

Students enter the Kindergarten with a basic knowledge of Mathematics as well as the English and Malayalam alphabet. In the LKG they widen their knowledge by learning bigger numbers as well as improve reading and writing through small words.

A love for books and reading is inculcated at this stage as children are read to and also encouraged to read simple one word or one sentence books. They are given opportunities to lead the school in the morning and evening assemblies.

Their knowledge of the world around them is enhanced through environmental studies and activities. An interest in art and craft is also introduced through the regular craft work.
